I have an audio file hosted by another website. Can I embed a link in my post to that file?
Yes, you can. Simply enter the following code at the bottom of your post:
“[-audio:http://www.somedomain.com/path/to/name_of_mp3_file.mp3-]” (Note: no quotes; also, do not include hyphens before audio and after mp3)

Can I embed an audio file which uses a format other than an mp3?
Currently, the audio player we have installed in emanilapoetry accepts only mp3 files. If you do not have an audio converter, please contact us.

I have an audio-video file hosted by another website. How do I embed a link to my post?
At the bottom of your post, you enter the following code:
“[-videohost yourvideoid-]“
Note: There should be no quotes (”) before and after the line; no hyphen (-) after and before the open bracket ([) and close bracket (]).
Your “videohost” (no quotes) should be google if your host is video.google.com or youtube if your host is Youtube.com, etc.
Your yourvideoid can be identified from the URL of your hosted AV file. This is usually the numeric or alphanumber after “id=” or “docid=”or “v=” (no quotes) or similar identifier strings.
Examples:
1. If the URL of your AV file is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnnSVjZXUYw
then your yourvideoid is “tnnSVjZUYw” (no quotes).
2. If the URL of your AV file is: http://video.google.com.au/videoplay?docid=2552767623447057530
then your yourvideoid is “2552767623447057530″ (no quotes).
