A Hotel and Restaurant Management alumna from St. Paul University, Quezon City where she had been involved in editorial board for university official paper and HRM Society paper. She took up her further studies in culinary arts at International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management and American Hospitality Academy. Her poems have been published online and in print and currently working on her own book, Toque and Pen: The mise en place of a chef-poet. She serves as a newsletter editor-in-chief and a part of music ministry in their Christian church. Presently, she enjoys teaching English to Koreans as her part time job. According to her, writing is her passion next to culinary. As she says, "I put my artistry not only in gastronomy but also in poetry. If you use best ingredients, beauty and rhythm are always attainable", she ended.
