I see an apple
hanging from a pompous tree
my ladder is short (nin)
i reach an apple
with my hand and pull it down
to shine on my palm, desire (md)
adoring eyes lit
opening lips mumbling
you get kiss instead (md)
hmm can’t have this one
jewel in my loving eyes
cry not, watching you (md)

my good friend, this is so sweet. thanks so much. a subject as simple as apple can draw different variations and interpretations. the apple here is my poetry production. you don’t and won’t have this problem; you’re one of those gifted ones that can whip a sonnet in 5 minutes. thanks again.
